Founded in 2020, Clogg’s is the result of a bold vision: to transform ergonomic footwear into a symbol of sophistication, character, and well-being. The story began in a small artisan workshop in Florence, where a collective of experienced designers and comfort specialists set out to revolutionize the approach to casual shoes.

After a year of experimenting with innovative materials, advanced ergonomics, and testing with thousands of users, the first Clogg’s collection was born. Soft, adaptable, lightweight, and designed to accompany every moment of the day. Today, Clogg’s represents excellence in wellness footwear in Europe and worldwide.

Alessandro – CEO & Founder

The strategic mind behind the project. He turned a brilliant idea into a leading brand in the wellness footwear market. Former manager with experience in product development and brand identity.

Valentina – Creative Director & Co-Founder

Designer specializing in functional design. She oversees every collection to ensure the perfect balance between ergonomics and elegance.

Luca – Head of Supply Chain

Responsible for the entire supply chain, production, and distribution. The flawless and timely delivery of StepWell products bears his signature.

Chiara – Head of Customer Relations

From the first contact to after-sales, she embodies the soul of StepWell for every customer. Her daily commitment is to authentic, empathetic, and immediate service.

Matteo – Head of Online Communication

Coordinates digital strategy, advertising campaigns, and brand communication. Every viral StepWell content is born from his creativity.

Francesca – Community Manager

Brings the StepWell community to life on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. She manages engagement, collaborations, and industry trends.

Simone – Head of Digital Platform

Optimizes the user experience on our online store, from discovery to purchase. His approach is based on intuition, efficiency, and design.

Martina – Head of Development & Quality Control

Oversees every stage of production and every single product. No shoe is shipped without her final approval.
